GetToInbox.com ("GetToInbox," "we," "us," or "our") is an email deliverability and security consultancy operated by CircleVenue LLC, a California limited liability company. Our principal place of business is San Francisco, California. We provide domain health scanning, email authentication consulting, and related services at https://gettoinbox.com.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through the GetToInbox.com website, including the free domain scanner, email report delivery, newsletter subscription, contact forms, and any paid services. It does not apply to third-party websites or services linked from our site.

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. We collect domain names you submit for scanning, email addresses you provide to receive reports or subscribe to our newsletter, your name and phone number when you contact us or create an account, and payment information processed securely by Stripe (we never store card numbers).

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we automatically collect log data (IP address, browser type, OS, referring URL, pages visited), usage data (features used, scan queries, time on page), device data (screen resolution, device type, language), and cookie data as described in Section 7.

Information from third parties. We may receive payment status and transaction identifiers from Stripe, and aggregated anonymized traffic data from our analytics provider. During domain scans, we query only publicly available DNS records — we do not access any private or proprietary data from your domain.

How We Use Your Information

Service delivery. To run domain health scans, generate reports, send email deliverables, and provide consulting services you have requested.

Account management. To create and manage your account, authenticate your identity, and maintain your scan history.

Communications. To send transactional emails (scan results, confirmations, receipts), respond to support inquiries, and — with your consent — send our newsletter and deliverability tips.

Product improvement. To analyze usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, and improve the accuracy and speed of our scanner.

Security and fraud prevention. To detect and prevent abuse, unauthorized access, and malicious use of our scanning tools.

Legal compliance. To comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests from authorities, and enforce our Terms of Service.

Marketing (with consent). If you opt in, to send you relevant content about email security and deliverability. You may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Service providers. We use trusted third-party vendors to operate our business, including Stripe (payments) and email delivery providers. These vendors are contractually bound to use your data only to provide services to us.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of GetToInbox.com, our users, or the public.

Business transfers. If GetToInbox.com is acquired or its assets are transferred, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your personal data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Your Privacy Rights

All users have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications at any time.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA) have additional rights: the right to know what personal information we have collected, the right to delete it, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

EEA and UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR) have the right to access, rectify, or erase personal data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

California residents may submit a formal Do Not Sell or Share request at our dedicated Do Not Sell page, or by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell Request." We will process your request within 15 business days.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

GetToInbox.com is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Contact us at [email protected] if you believe we have collected information from a child under 13.

International Data Transfers

GetToInbox.com is operated from the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. For users in the EEA or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission as the legal mechanism for international data transfers.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for all data in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest, access controls limiting who can access personal data, and regular security reviews. As an email security company, we hold ourselves to a high standard: our own domain is fully authenticated with SPF, DKIM, DMARC enforcement, MTA-STS, and BIMI.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Your continued use of GetToInbox.com after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
